05/05/2024: I have never had a morel crust as good as this. And the cheese fondue is delicious. Accompanied by cold meats and green salad it's the best of the best. The chocolate spring rolls are delicious. It's original and it's homemade. I do not get enough. The welcome is always perfect, the dishes are delicious and we are never disappointed. I highly recommend. Moreover, if the weather is nice, don't hesitate to take advantage of the superb terrace.

15/03/2024: Eating a kind of mush of stew is just impossible for a so-called gastro. Desserts without any taste, red wine much too cold. Mr. Chef when the dishes return to the kitchen without having been touched should catch your eye. Coming to the customers table and not asking what happened and a lack of professionalism. Never again at this table. I don't recommend. We cannot put 0, therefore 1.

30/04/2024: It was the first time we ate at this restaurant. We were surprised by the decor, I thought it was more of a country style inn. So, very nice setting, impeccable service, very clean place and dishes. All our dishes were delicious, we see and feel that it is extremely elaborate and well cooked. Nice presentation too. We had a great time. Looking forward 😀

29/03/2024: What can I say...we were a little disappointed. After reading so many good reviews, we decided to go to this restaurant for dinner, but we were totally disappointed. We had au gratin potatoes and boiled goat meat with vegetables. The food was ok, but for the price I was expecting something much better and definitely a bit bigger portions. Another aspect I didn't like is the lack of assortment.

26/01/2024: The B150 burger honestly wasn't bad, it was just missing a small slice of bacon 😁 No, otherwise it's a chic place to eat a good plate at a totally reasonable price. Afterwards it remains industrial but it is simple and effective

07/05/2024: There is a terrace in Besançon where I have enjoyed for many years, strolling, taking my break (or my professional appointments), taking my time, meditating, and of course having lunch... that of the Granvelle brasserie. The welcome has always been friendly, the service careful and very fast, and the servers attentive, caring and loyal. We feel like a fulfilled team, who loves their work and their customers. The dish of the day is exceptional value for money. And the varied menu will delight all gourmets. All in the wonderful setting of the Granvelle promenade where Victor Hugo reminds us that our city is also that of great men. Thanks to Bruno, Étienne, Sonia, Élie, Quentin, Julien, Alexis, Anthony for your kindness (and to all the others whose first name I don't know - you will complete in the comments...)

07/05/2024: Beautiful brasserie with a large terrace. Wide opening hours. Coming without reservation on a Sunday lunchtime, we were offered to have an aperitif on the terrace while waiting for a table to become available. We were seated at the table only twenty minutes later. Efficient and professional service, little waiting despite the crowds. Tasty cuisine, fresh and quality ingredients; some Franche-Comté specialties. Very good value for money. Parking (paid) nearby.
