28/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply exceptional! We were told that the Auberge de la Source Bleue was an exceptional place… and it more than lived up to the hype! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this calm, serene, and refined setting, where every detail seems to have been carefully considered. The staff is remarkable: incredibly kind, attentive, available, and truly dedicated to their guests. And what can we say about the cuisine? Exquisitely refined dishes, perfectly executed, that could be described as true French haute cuisine. Elegant, generous, and bursting with flavor. Special mention must also go to the open wine cellar, where you can take your time choosing your own wine. A superb selection of bottles and truly exceptional wines, with options for all tastes and budgets. An experience that adds even more to the charm and pleasure of the place. This address is now firmly etched in our memories, and we will return with great pleasure. A truly wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend!
