16/08/2026: A magnificent discovery in Cliousclat! We chose the 10-course tasting menu at La Fontaine l'Artiste et le Cuisiner, and what a treat… from appetizer to dessert, everything was absolutely perfect! The cuisine is bold, original, and full of surprises, truly elevating each ingredient. The combinations are daring, the flavors are crafted with finesse, and each dish is a genuine discovery. The service mirrors the cuisine: warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this superb moment.
