03/07/2026: Take a good look at the state of the toilets and you'll understand; the overall hygiene, even just by walking in, leaves much to be desired.
Then there was the galette complète (a type of savory crepe with chorizo) with a measly four slices of vacuum-sealed wrap. The filling was fantastic... in short, I was really disappointed; it's definitely not a place I'd recommend. Luckily, the service was friendly.

20/07/2026: This is a place we enjoy stopping at during our walks along the coastal path. This time, instead of a snack, we had dinner. Our fish and chips were good, as were our desserts. We even found an affogato there, which is interesting because this Italian specialty isn't very common in France.
The prices are reasonable and the terrace is very pleasant. A great place to relax after a sunny day!

The food was decent for a hotel. The service was quite good.
08/05/2026: A beautiful, quiet restaurant with ocean views. Refined and appetizing dishes served with care by the staff. A lovely menu featuring quality ingredients is offered for a truly excellent dining experience. The wine list is also quite extensive for wine lovers. The terrace with its sea view is fantastic. A wide selection of items is also available for breakfast. Thank you, Mathieu, for the very professional and warm welcome.

30/05/2026: This hotel is aging; it smells of mold in the hallways and rooms. The room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. The carpet was filthy, the armchairs were covered in dust, and the bed was barely made. Avoid it at all costs!
The restaurant has been closed since March, and the pool is a disaster—the water is green, making you not want to swim in it at all.
The owner is unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I wonder how it's still in business.
I don't understand how it got three stars; it deserves zero. I think it couldn't get any worse!

24/09/2024: Wir waren zum Abendessen im Rahmen unseres Urlaubs in Douarnenez dort. Reservierung war unkompliziert. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.
Mein Schwertfisch war wirklich hervorragend und gut bezahlbar.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, auch wenn wir mittlerweile leider wieder 1.200 km weit entfernt sind.
20/09/2024: This restaurant is hidden slightly back from the Main Street, but it is definitely worth visiting. We did need to book as with most restaurants in this area. The welcome was very friendly & the owner speaks good English & explains the menu. We ate the fish burger on our first visit which was Amazing!!! The rillettes de poisson is a good starter to share, we also had the Cod & yellow pollock, all were well cooked and beautifully presented. Don’t miss this gem.

09/08/2024: Heureusement que nous ne smnous sommes pas fixés aux commentaires négatifs récents. Nous avons regardé la terrasse 5 mn, nous y avons vu 2 jeunes serveurs souriants et dynamiques, nous avons vu 2 ou 3 assiettes fort sympathiques passer et nous avons demandé à être installés, ce qui fût fait rapidement.
La formule plat dessert boisson est un excellent rapport qualité prix et visiblement l'adresse semble bonne car en 20mn, toutes les tables étaient prises.
Les sardines merveilleusement cuites, le fish and ships excellent et la soupe de fraise très agréable.
Mon petit bémol reste les frites quand elles ne sont pas maison. Mais il semble que cela change et peut être que bientôt ici aussi ce sera bientôt le cas même si elles étaient plutôt bonnes malgré cela.
Un bon moment, soleil en bonus
