02/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant is located opposite a shopping center. The interior is lovely, and the service is pleasant and friendly. The delightful manager immediately made us feel at ease. The cocktail 🍹 and everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious and flavorful – kudos to the kitchen! Excellent Pessac/Léognan wine. 🍷 And the outdoor terrace will be reopening soon! 👏

11/02/2026: Arrived at noon on a Wednesday. Traditional menu from the southwest with classic dishes. Lunch menu available for €17. I wanted to try the mountain burger with fries and salad. I loved it. The brioche bun was artisanal, the Big Mac sauce was delicious, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Homemade fries. I would have preferred homemade sauces. Clean dining room. Efficient service. Reasonable price €19. Not many customers, only 14. Minor drawbacks: broken outdoor furniture and windows. Free parking.

05/03/2026: Buffet with vacuum-packed products except for the tomatoes, whelks, and shrimp. A small salted butter was missing. The fries were good. The meat was good too. The desserts were frozen. The rosé wine was very average and had a fluorescent tint. The waiter was very friendly. Parking was easy. It's a shame, given the location, that they didn't offer fresh produce and traditional cuisine. I would have preferred to spend an extra €10 and have a decent meal. A little disappointed.

06/02/2026: Warm atmosphere, excellent welcome and service. The food is superb, the dishes are refined and beautifully presented; it couldn't be better. And the portions are generous. We were delighted with our visit and will certainly recommend this wonderful restaurant. Thank you. See you soon.

08/03/2026: The Bistro offers musical entertainment, e.g., on the 1st Friday of each month from September to June, a traditional dance with music provided by a collective of musicians, open to everyone.

24/01/2026: A very mixed experience. The owner is quite nice but seems content to just serve at the bar, without really managing the atmosphere. On the other hand, the DJ is extremely strict and unfriendly. From the moment we walked in, he bluntly imposed rules, even though the bar is small, located in the countryside, right by the road, and there were barely ten of us singing. On my last visit, he announced "no more than two songs." I sang more, but in a family setting: one song with my daughter, one with my mother. Despite this, complaints followed, and the DJ started yelling, which clearly ruined the atmosphere. It's a shame, because the concept could be fun, but the DJ's rigid and authoritarian attitude completely eliminates any sense of conviviality. We go to karaoke to relax, not to be told off like at school.
