29/08/2026: We loved our evening at Café de la Liberté. The setting is very pretty and pleasant, and the welcome and service were friendly and efficient. The menu is quite charmingly traditional, with dishes you don't find anywhere else. We ordered several dishes and shared them, and everything was delicious (and we're picky eaters!). Tricandilles (oh, where can you find them anymore?!) were perfectly grilled, the octopus tentacles had the perfect texture and were served with a flavorful pepper relish, and the sweetbreads with morels were mouthwatering—I'm still drooling! As for the wine list, it's very varied and interesting, with many organic and biodynamic selections—the icing on the cake! The value for money is unbeatable. In short, we can't wait to go back and tell everyone we know. Bravo and thank you, Café de la Liberté, we'll be back very soon!

29/08/2026: Discovered this restaurant yesterday. The setting is magnificent, the welcome warm. We had a wonderful dinner; the dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. The quality of the service was also noteworthy. Thank you so much for everything; we will be back.
