24/09/2026: The hotel owner and waitress are very pleasant. Excellent value for money at this hotel-restaurant, which offers generous portions of food made with local produce. The chicken is free-range, the fries are homemade, and the thinly sliced ​​cured ham melts in your mouth. The food is simple and delicious. The cakes are scrumptious. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it truly deserves them. The chef gets up early in the morning to prepare lunch. I want to emphasize this because it's increasingly rare these days, when cooks too often just reheat ready-made meals. I recommend a small glass of Bordeaux, or even a bottle of the excellent Puisseguin, a village near the hotel, nestled in the beautiful surrounding hills.
