19/04/2026: The dining room was extremely noisy. The frogs' origin was unknown; the waitress' response was, "I have no idea." The fries were frozen. The mayonnaise was store-bought; the waitress's response was, "It's too much trouble to make it from scratch." With carp, store-bought mayo—the first time we've ever seen that. Iced tea was served from a bottle at the bar. The vegetables on the neighboring plates were frozen and simply reheated. The crème brûlée was described as homemade by the waitress, but given its pale color, I suspect it was a Metro mix, with a terrible, artificial orange blossom flavor—nothing like natural orange blossom. In short, I think this restaurant mainly uses ready-made Metro products. Oh, and another important point: we waited 40 minutes for our carp.

19/04/2026: The asparagus tasted like laundry detergent and the crème brûlée tasted and smelled like fish, yet it cost a Swiss price… Avoid it!

15/12/2025: Passing through the region, we booked a table at this restaurant. Warm welcome Lovely decor, chalet atmosphere We had sauerkraut and fleischnackas as our main courses, delicious For dessert, an excellent and generously portioned Colonel sorbet, and I had a homemade chocolate Liégeois with homemade hot chocolate poured into the glass—incredible! Very good All this accompanied by a good bottle of Burgundy (Coteaux Bourguignon), an excellent wine! Of course, we'll be back!!!! Thank you!
