16/05/2026: Living nearby, I've walked past this restaurant hundreds of times, and tonight we had dinner there. The ingredients were top-quality, and kudos to the chef who prepared delicious dishes. I highly recommend the foie gras; it's one of the best I've ever tasted. As for the other dishes, you can go there without hesitation. The service was perfect, and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be back! 👍👍💪💪

24/04/2026: Intrigued by the positive reviews, we went to dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice and intimate. I lowered my rating because the ventilation isn't adequate, the fried food was coming out of the kitchen, and the smell lingers in the room and on your clothes. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the food is good, with refined flavors. The dishes, as in all of Alsace, are a bit heavy for our tastes. We still recommend it. The wine list is excellent.

The dishes were beautifully presented and frankly delicious. A restaurant that's definitely worth a detour… even if you're planning one 😉

07/05/2026: Just outside Colmar in the heart of the Alsatian wine region, a very characteristic place with wooden furnishings, excellent regional food (bouccheé da la reine is a must-try!), service a little slow, but it was worth it

29/05/2026: Passing through Colmar, we discovered this was one of the best tarte flambée restaurants. We loved the experience and received a very warm welcome. We're vegetarians, and there was no problem ordering tarte flambée without bacon; they were excellent (and some of the recipes are very original!). The sweet tarte flambée with apple and spiced streusel was also delicious! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back if we have the chance! :) Reservations are recommended, as the place is a bit small!
