28/03/2024: I will never come back! Really disappointed with the service, following a reservation error I called urgently the day before to change the dates, I was kindly told on the phone no problem we changed the dates, thank you goodbye have a good evening (without mentioning us possible additional costs). When we arrive we are confirmed that everything has been sorted on the site, ok great. We can relax. - We discover that the entire hotel is under construction, covered windows, noises and that we do not have a room corresponding to the photos of the paid offer.... We spend our stay, we ignore the work, but when we leave we are charged €101 in fees even though everything had been paid for on the website. Management didn't inform us of anything when we arrived. To present ourselves with a fait accompli when leaving is a dishonest act. We had booked the most expensive hotel package and received a low end room. (Hinges of the doors torn off, windows covered so it is impossible to ventilate and no view, not far from the corridor the gym: sweaty smells not great... no sound insulation, you can hear everything, no ventilation system, carpet (although I had specified an allergy...) The person who cleaned left their spray and rags in our room…. Hmmm…. Ok, an oversight happens. We don't say anything. But at Jenny’s, a mistake is quickly billed… SPA: Very small, very dirty deck chairs. Be careful with the ceiling of the hamam, it is totally rotten and it is peeling off. Damage… Additionally: In order not to mislead the customer. It would be preferable/obligatory to specify on your website that you are under construction. If you want a relaxing stay this is not possible. (Sound of hammers and drill at 9 a.m.!) When this type of situation happens, whatever you have decided between you (management), it is obligatory to warn the customer that you wish to incur additional costs upon arrival and not at departure. And I remember that we were told that everything was settled... (we are offered a reduction for a future stay. But certainly not!) This billing/reservation change is justified to us as a room lost on sale: the hotel is far from being full: 3 tables at breakfast on both mornings of our stay. …We paid, we are not people with problems… in the end €370 for two nights…. Scandalous. Dishonest service.
25/03/2024: We had to go to the airport and stayed at this hotel. We liked everything straight away: very friendly staff, rooms, swimming pool and the rich breakfast. It was also very generous to get free drinks as compensation for renovation work. The next stay is already booked.
