Without expectations, we pushed open the door of this restaurant which, from the outset, enveloped us in its welcoming charm. At the entrance, the dilemma: on the right, the invitation of a classic restaurant; to the left, a musical wine bar promising tapas and barrels as seats to the rhythm of a captivating melody. That evening, two singers, guitar in hand, took us on a journey far beyond our expectations. Our choice fell on the left, a decision that we have not regretted. Jean-Baptiste, our host for the evening, shone brightly. Dressed like a prince, his charisma was matched only by his astonishing professionalism for his young age. He navigated with ease between our culinary and oenological curiosities, answering each of our questions with a smile. The tapas, a treat for the taste buds, lived up to the atmosphere: delicious, generously served and at a price that gently caressed our wallet.
