06/01/2026: If you're heading up to Sant Antonino, whether for lunch or dinner, be sure to visit the Taverna Corse, located just above a beautiful square. Under a lovely pergola, savor delicious Corsican dishes (wild boar, veal, salads, etc.). From appetizers (zucchini fritters, etc.) to desserts (fiadone, etc.), everything is excellent 👌. And the young team running the place is incredibly welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended.

08/08/2026: Delicious and hearty homemade food. Great service, we felt right at home. Excellent service, clean bathroom. The dishes are made with local ingredients and the desserts are homemade. There's also a children's menu. We were treated wonderfully. We made the reservation the same day; it's recommended during peak season.

06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

The must-try leek fritters and the excellent homemade charcuterie are a real treat for the taste buds. Everything is good and plentiful. We come with family and friends, and they love it. 10/08/2026: The owner has changed since our last visit. The specialties are no longer Corsican but rather Latin American. However, the food is still fresh and homemade (including the fries). The service was impeccable: responsive, quick, helpful, and very friendly. Note that the opening hours listed on Google are incorrect: the restaurant is indeed open in the evening.

04/08/2026: A truly fantastic place! You could easily miss it with its small storefront, but that would be a real shame! The dishes are generous and delicious, and the owners are incredibly welcoming with lots of stories to share. I highly recommend it.

05/09/2026: As usual, excellent food with meats cooked over a wood fire!! However, a table for 2 was right in the way of the service, next to a table of 10… not ideal! … but the service was excellent and the food too.

Special mention goes to the Corsican cheese burger and the Black Angus beef. The staff were warm and friendly. Quick service. Very good value for money. Very generous portions! We highly recommend it!
