03/08/2026: Stepping through the front door is like leaving Maryse Condé airport, the music, the atmosphere, the smells of the food, the flavors, very good from the black pudding as a starter to the torment d'amour for dessert, not forgetting the superb colombo.

06/05/2026: A warm welcome from the entire team, a pleasant atmosphere.
We opted for the tasting menu, which offered modern, creative, and refined dishes from appetizer to dessert. The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines (among others).
A big thank you to François for his recommendations on food and wine pairings.
I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.

- Change of ownership. The new team is very pleasant,
- Considerable improvement in the quality of the food.
Areas for improvement:
- The dining room is noisy. There are ways to reduce the noise inexpensively,
- The soundproofing can mask the gloomy decor,
- It was very hot in the dining room, even though it was empty.
04/08/2026: We were very well seated and welcomed, but very disappointed by the food (the piece of meat was full of sinew, rubbery, and poorly cooked) and the "café gourmand" where the 3 small desserts (around vanilla ice cream) were really not great...

Several varieties of bread to satisfy everyone.
Fresh and varied snacks.
I particularly recommend the following, as they are truly delicious:
- the strawberry tart (made to order)
- the pizzas (made to order and unbeatable prices).
