We opted for the tasting menu, which offered modern, creative, and refined dishes from appetizer to dessert. The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines (among others).
A big thank you to François for his recommendations on food and wine pairings.
I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.

The staff is very professional and friendly, and the food is delicious and plentiful.
