We opted for the tasting menu, which offered modern, creative, and refined dishes from appetizer to dessert. The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines (among others).
A big thank you to François for his recommendations on food and wine pairings.
I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.

24/06/2026: A cuisine that delights the eyes and the palate. Tuna cooked to perfection. Summer vegetables that brighten the plate and melt in your mouth. Pure art.

A welcoming spot by the canal, with a very distinctive and original decor.
