08/04/2026: Okay, this is the real Guadeloupe, not the supermarket accras. Bring your whole family and come taste the real flavors! The owner is super friendly, and this place is a must-visit for Caribbean cuisine in the southwest.

We opted for the tasting menu, which offered modern, creative, and refined dishes from appetizer to dessert. The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines (among others).
A big thank you to François for his recommendations on food and wine pairings.
I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.
