12/04/2026: Disappointing, if you can read! Looking at the chalkboard listing the origins of the meats: chicken from Poland, beef from the Netherlands, and so on, only the ground beef is French... You wonder if the side dishes aren't from the local supermarket... The welcome is, admittedly, friendly, but that's about it... Thanks for supporting our French farmers, but it's true that you only eat there for the price... From now on, I'm giving it a miss!

15/05/2026: Enough time to post a review. We came asking if the service would be quick because we were in a hurry, and after a 45-minute wait, we're still waiting. I hope the pizzas will be good.

22/03/2026: Excellent experience. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. It was completely quiet. The toilet was separate from the bathroom.
The breakfasts were excellent, featuring high-quality products at an exceptional price.
I recommend this establishment 200%!
10/03/2026: An exceptional welcome, a restaurant of just the right quality, and incredible waitresses: kind, smiling, and friendly. We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it with pleasure.

11/03/2026: A peaceful and charming stopover in a quiet, family-run setting. A pleasant dinner in the beautiful, spacious dining room, a quality meal served with a smile and promptly.
The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. If I'm ever back in Saint-Gaudens, I will definitely return.
A welcome simplicity, clean and respectful.
Secure parking, easily accessible from the highway. All amenities are nearby.

11/11/2024: We are very disappointed, raclette pancakes were practically inedible because they were so salty. We have just started our meal.
The dessert isn't great either.
We do not recommend this restaurant.
On the other hand, you can easily book online.

It's part of your job to warn your customers that certain dishes are very salty.
You are not the first restaurant where we have this dish. We have never encountered this problem.
As for dessert, it was quickly eaten because, to be honest, we were still hungry.
And like dessert we were going to pay for it.
So yes it was eaten.
You are not in good faith.

10/11/2024: The food was disappointing. The food was somewhat tasteless and the service was poor. The host didn't know how to communicate, and that's why, for example, the steak came at the wrong degree of doneness. The place was quiet, no customers.

quel dommage qu il ait fallu attendre quasiment une heure après la commande
apparemment par manque de personnel
la qualité de la cuisine mériterait un service plus rapide et efficace
13/07/2024: 16 Heures, je demande au barman quelles sont ses bières pressions; celui-ci semble déstabiliser. Il me dit qu'il a un Goudale pression, parfait, je commande. Il s'avère que c'était plutôt une Kronembourg...Première étape.
16H10 Un homme avachi, bedonnant et anesthésié par les artéfacts chimiques présents dans son corps de toute évidence se dandine tant bien que mal sur un fauteuil de cet établissement.
16H20, je cherche une table en prenant ma "goudale", je me dirige vers la terrasse ou je constate une floppée de personnes "non recommandable" se tenant sur celle-ci.
16H30 Je bois ma bière tant bien que mal sur une table a l'écart, quand tout de go, une jeune fille vient m'adresser la parole avec une histoire ubuesque afin de me délester de quelques euros.
16H35 Comprenant le subterfuge je finis mon verre illico presto et m'en vais rapidement de ce nid de vipère.
Voilà mon expérience, n'y allez jamais!
