The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff truly delightful, making the experience even more enjoyable. You immediately feel welcome and at ease. It's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed and uncomplicated way. I've been telling everyone about it and I'll definitely be back!

02/02/2026: We've become addicted to your establishment. The only downside I can see is the lack of acceptance of restaurant cards, whereas it was possible last year. Please, make sure they are accepted as soon as possible. Your rating will suffer otherwise, and I would be very sorry about that, as your food is of such high quality.

15/01/2026: A pleasant surprise! A short and well-balanced menu, delicious and refined cuisine, featuring vegetarian dishes but not exclusively. Two original and very successful desserts for a bill that's more than reasonable considering the quality and effort. Highly recommended! It's also a great spot for joggers, so you can go with your eyes closed and your taste buds open! 😉

17/01/2026: It was very good, generous, perfectly cooked, and seasoned. The only downside was the dessert, which seemed rushed. ...as well as the vanilla ganache, which lacked vanilla, and the very long 40-minute wait from the main course to dessert.

15/01/2026: My second time at Court-circuit. We had good food and drinks. The staff is attentive and the portions are clearly generous. My only slight reservation is that I found the flavor combinations in some dishes a bit disconcerting... In any case, the evening was delightful.

16/01/2026: Le Gai Pêcheur is simply my favorite bar-restaurant in Toulouse. The "neighborhood bar" atmosphere is always fantastic: you can come as a couple, with friends, or even alone… and leave with new acquaintances. Here, you feel good, naturally. As for the food, a special mention goes to the egg cocotte with foie gras: the best I've ever eaten. The menu is always appealing, well-thought-out, and makes you want to come back again and again. All of this is supported by a wonderful, smiling, and welcoming team. A true place for living, sharing, and enjoying life. Long live Le Gai Pêcheur! ❤️🍷

13/01/2026: A fantastic discovery! Step into this restaurant which is as impressive in its decor as it is in its cuisine.

28/01/2026: A rather disappointing experience: A pleasant setting with original decor and very friendly service, with attentive and smiling waitresses. However, the cuisine was very minimalist, the cooking was poorly executed, and the value for money was very poor: • €27 for a cassoulet served in a particularly small bowl, with half a Toulouse sausage, and very little meat overall. It tasted good nonetheless. • A very ordinary chocolate mousse, in a miniature glass ramekin, for €8-10. • The beef fillet was cooked "medium-rare," arriving initially "rare," then returning to the kitchen "well-done," or even "very well-done." In short: a bill of €55 for two courses and a dessert, without drinks (a €9 discount was included, given the cooking error), and very slow service due to the multiple trips back to the kitchen. One final drawback concerns access to the toilets: they are on the lower floor, accessible only by stairs, and my wife, who has a disability, had difficulty accessing them.

11/12/2025: The place is great, the food is delicious, and the service is very responsive. The homemade cold drink is always a hit, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside was the less-than-ideal temperature on the covered terrace today (and it wasn't even the coldest day of the year).

20/01/2026: A very nice bistro near the François Verdier metro station. The old-fashioned decor creates a lovely atmosphere. The traditional cuisine is decent. The only downside was the meat being cooked a bit off.
