08/09/2026: My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at this establishment, drawn by its reputation. While it undoubtedly remains a luxurious gastronomic experience with impeccable service, very pleasant staff, and a lovely setting, we were unfortunately disappointed by the food. We opted for the Summer menu, consisting of nine courses, including an amuse-bouche and cheese course. Only two courses truly captured our attention and delighted our palates: an incredible marinated fish with passion fruit, and a wonderfully flavorful stuffed cockerel. The rest was good, though some dishes were unfortunately well below average (the main dessert lacked texture and the whipped cream was bland, the petit fours were uninteresting, and the amuse-bouches were acidic and uninteresting). The wine selection could also have been of a higher caliber, and the homemade breads and toasted bread were of low quality. For the price, and to compare it to many other fine dining establishments, this one is unfortunately clearly inferior.

The service is attentive without being intrusive, the atmosphere is warm, lively and elegant, making it the perfect place for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. This attentiveness, in my opinion, perfectly reflects the spirit of this type of traditional restaurant: a warm welcome, delicious and expertly prepared cuisine, and above all, a genuine desire to share a special moment with the customers. We had the opportunity to go for both lunch and dinner, which allowed for even more options and more premium products. 10/09/2026: What a wonderful experience! Just steps from the Place du Capitole, this little restaurant is full of charm. A warm welcome, excellent service, and refined cuisine. The €28.00 bistronomic menu features a succession of dishes, each one a delight in both presentation and taste. High-quality ingredients contribute to a perfectly balanced menu, all accompanied by excellent wines. We promise we'll be back to enjoy a delicious cassoulet!
