08/08/2023: It's been a while since I was tempted to go there, eating in a cellar is always nice and a good cassoulet too, given the majority of comments... because I had a doubt when, given the name of the restaurant, there are only 2 kinds of cassoulet, no originality, even on the first menu they don't offer it. But hey, he has a good grade, we're going down. And that’s where I tell myself that a lot of people don’t have a puck or certainly don’t know what a good cassoulet is. Let's talk about the decor first, such a magnificent cellar spoiled by plastic sheets, fabric flowers, everywhere, everywhere, rectangular energy saving lamps, an old curtain, we hesitated to leave but we didn't dare. Menu at 24€ to get the cassoulet you were hoping for: foie gras as a starter, good, the presentation sucks with 3 salad shavings in the middle and 2 flower-shaped carrot slices (there are some who still dare). The tasteless cassoulet (said to the boss) with only cubes of fat. For dessert a croustade which was not crispy and which was dated (also said to the boss who told us nonsense about cooking because even cold a croustade is good). So a good tourist trap. Don't go down!!!!

03/12/2024: Joli cadre, bon accueil. Seul bémol : 26€ pour une mini assiette avec 4 petites saint Jacques, je trouve ça vraiment très abusif! Les plats de mes amies étaient beaucoup plus copieux et cohérents avec leur prix.

25/11/2024: Beau cadre, accueil très qualitatif et belle équipe. Ambiance parfaite avec le groupe Soulmates Tribute, c'était encore une fois parfait, Bravo et à très vite

15/11/2024: De Granville à Lisieux en passant par Falaise, une excellente découverte ! Grâce à TripAdvisor, nous n'avons pas regretté de déjeuner au Vauquelin et d'avoir réservé sur le trajet car sinon nous n'aurions pu déjeuner, la salle étant complète à notre arrivée. Un succès mérité tant les plats sont inventifs de l'entrée au dessert. Service attentionné et addition plus que raisonnable. Une vraiment très belle découverte !
