00:30 in toulouse the door staff refused us due to the shoes my girlfriend was wearing I have done security for 10 years I think this is ridiculous especially as we are tourist and in any of my venues that I MANAGE I always try to accommodate tourist no matter the sercumtances appreciate a reply on the matter as I find this unacceptable I appreciate all security and know that the job is hard as I do it myself In a managerial role but when this happens to people visiting the city with nothing more than good intentions it's money your turning away from your premises and I would like to add that she was dressed well in a blue dress and high heel sandles I was in a jeans and t-shirt I would also like to add that the door staff was not rude but just don't believe this is a acceptable reason for refusals and think you need to address the issue I also told him to have a good night and showed no ill intentions towards him

07/08/2024: Awful service. Ordered some lunch, was told that there were no bagels - despite several others around us with bagels - maybe they had run out, I can live with that. Waited 30 minutes and still no drinks had arrived so we left. It wasn't even that busy.
I get that it's a tourist trap, but that's no reason for such bad service.
Avoid.
05/08/2024: no. I don't accept that I ask for a lemon schweppers, have my order repeated, complete with a French snort "pft, italiennne" and then be brought a tonic water and a hot mojito. I remind you that you are the one who doesn't have a bidet and I also remind you who read this description not to go to this bar for any reason.

25/01/2025: Local sandwiches, salads and industrial sweets. It also has pastries, tartlets and donuts. Ok to eat something quick. Salad, Salmon Sandwich, bottle of water and an infusion for €18.
25/01/2025: salespeople are not up to it, you can feel I'm bothering her.
I took 2 tiny Paris Brest and which have the most taste of you as boss as a Paris, Brest.
In addition, the saleswoman told me that it was pastry cream inside, whereas it is a lemon-flavored mousse priced at €3.80 on top of that!!
Everything is frozen, nothing is homemade, very disappointing for a pastry at this location
Don't go!

Menu not at all copious, salmon tartare still frozen, beef tataki inedible, dirty cutlery.
Finally, the waitress was not at all welcoming, dragging her head all evening.

Basically the cutlery offered was poor, all the dishes were of very poor quality. Avoid if you don't want to get sick right after!!!
