05/03/2026: The food was very good. The service was quick. We go back regularly. The owners are lovely.

09/02/2026: It was by chance that we ended up in Coucouron for lunch at LA TABLE TOUT SIMPLEMENT, but the "simply" became, on the plate, a sophisticated menu, homemade with fresh ingredients—a testament to hard work. Everything was delicious, and the dessert, a pear on a chestnut biscuit soaked in caramel sauce, was excellent. And I almost forgot, the platter of real cheeses that remained on the table for all to enjoy—a rarity these days.
