31/03/2024: It is a great shame that in France and in commercial establishments open to the public, there is no complaint book, as there is in other countries. I am very disappointed with the cuisine offered by this restaurant, the price is completely disproportionate to the cuisine served, we paid €126 for 2 people. First of all, the food menu is mediocre, both in terms of the choice of dishes and the lack of information on the accompaniment of the dishes. I ordered a duck breast, the potatoes accompanying the dish were full of oil, too grilled and all stuck together. The plating and presentation of the dishes, from starters to main courses, reflect the coldness and lack of enthusiasm of the owners, who are just there to collect the money. The owner of the establishment went to all the tables to greet the customers and see if everything was okay, except ours, either through forgetfulness or perhaps because we have dark skin. This once again demonstrates the lack of professionalism and consideration towards the customer. To conclude, this establishment presents its culinary specialties originating from the South-West of France, however, I consider that as a merchant, a connoisseur of this local gastronomy and a person with Southern origins, at no time did I identify with being in the South both through the welcome and the culinary side but I felt rather be in the north pole. 🥶
