06/09/2026: I ate there with my partner on September 1st. The drinks were excellent (they have an amazing iced chocolate, and they serve Guinness on tap), and the dishes were expertly prepared. The flank steak was rare as requested (and perfectly cooked), the roast pork was caramelized, and the sides were perfect (potato gratin and seasonal vegetables). And to top it all off, the ice cream sundaes were made with truly flavorful ice cream. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I think this establishment is the victim of a smear campaign, because I absolutely do not share the negative opinions expressed by other accounts. My sincere congratulations to the managers and employees for the quality of their work, and my full support against the multitude of disparaging comments of recent weeks. 05/09/2026: I ate with my wife and some friends. We opted for the €35 set menu, which included a starter, main course, and either cheese or dessert (at that price, we thought it would be an excellent meal). The starter was a buffet, with tasteless and overly salty charcuterie and rillettes, a terrine of some unknown kind that wasn't great either, egg mayonnaise, and several mixed vegetables, like a macedoine, which were also not great. Okay! We started on the main course. Several of us ordered the Dulac seafood stew: salmon, pollock, and hake. This was supposed to be the best of the best, but not in the sense that the fish itself wasn't bad. The sauce was bland, with no particular flavor, and served with frozen fries, peas, and carrots—no fresh vegetables at all. As Coffe would say, it was disgusting! The dessert was a crème brûlée with praline. We had an aperitif. Total audition for two almost 90 euros, I came, I saw, but I will never return, apart from the setting and the relatively pleasant staff, it's a tourist trap.

16/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this hotel, which has beautifully decorated and clean rooms overlooking the village lake; the beds are very comfortable. Our dog even had his own little rug! Special mention goes to the breakfast buffet, which offered excellent products, a good selection of sweet and savory options, and owners who were incredibly attentive to their guests!
