22/02/2026: The food is good, the place is perched high on the mountain, and it's a pleasure to come here and enjoy a delicious fondue by the fire. My son also enjoyed the hamburger. We come every year.
22/02/2026: The food was good, but there are other places in the resort that do the same. The atmosphere and service were mixed (given their ratings and the restaurant being full during peak season, they don't seem to be making much of an effort to be pleasant... at least that's my impression). We had to ask for salad because they only gave us a medium-sized salad bowl for a table of eight (everyone had ordered raclette and fondue in pairs). The service was minimal. When you come in a group, several times, leave good reviews, and are friendly and don't mind things like forgetting the carafe of water, bread, or charcuterie platters... a smile is appreciated. In short, a mixed experience!

25/01/2026: We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant today.
We had a wonderful time. The food was good value for money, the dishes were delicious, the daily special was excellent, the desserts were lovely, and even the children's menu had several options.
I also commend the cooks, who are very organized.
The servers were very attentive.
25/01/2026: A very friendly restaurant! The Savoyard fondue was truly excellent, the beef in the Bourguignonne was superb, and a special mention goes to the truffle fondue! The side dishes are unlimited, absolutely delicious!
The generosity and good cheer go hand in hand with the quality of the food! A wonderful time for our small group! We'll be back!

07/03/2026: A very beautiful, welcoming, and warm setting. Good meal: the wild garlic raclette was excellent. Thoughtful touches like a pre-dessert. Very pleasant waitress. Service was a little slow. The major drawback: the children's meal was too small; all the children were hungry at the end of the meal. €16 for a main course and an ice cream seemed excessive considering the portion size.
06/03/2026: We had a wonderful evening enjoying a traditional fondue. The atmosphere subtly blends tradition and modernity. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

19/02/2026: The waiter was very friendly, and the ribeye steak was excellent. However, the cannelloni, despite being recommended by our kind waiter, were dry and bland. We were disappointed, especially since they forgot to honor our little girl's birthday by only giving her a single scoop of ice cream, which was included in her meal. A shame.
17/02/2026: On holiday in the mountains, we were welcomed and served by Jessy!
A truly excellent restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
If you're looking for a restaurant for raclette or other mountain fare, don't hesitate, go for it!!!

18/01/2026: Another fantastic time spent at this restaurant. A warm welcome and impeccable service. Lunchtime service is quick, which is perfect for heading back out to ski after a delicious meal. And in the evening, the atmosphere is even better with a different menu. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

06/03/2026: The owner, Marie, is excellent, the chef is top-notch, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, as was the decor. I highly recommend it!

01/03/2026: A nice restaurant in Orcières-Merlette, with a pleasant atmosphere and welcoming, smiling staff.
The service was friendly, although a little slow during our visit.
Opinions are mixed: my husband really enjoyed it, while I found the food decent but nothing special. A minor drawback was the children's menu, which could be improved in quality (the nuggets were rather poor).
Nevertheless, it remains a friendly place for a simple meal while in the resort.
28/02/2026: Very good restaurant, service was quite fast considering how busy it was, the galettes were very good, and the crêpes were excellent. The waiters were also pleasant. Thank you!

12/09/2024: Je suis allée dans ce lieu 1 fois le 10 août, et je dois dire que je le regrette. J'ai réglé par carte bancaire, puis, ils me disent que ce n'est pas passé et donc, de repasser la carte. Je leur fais confiance, et repasse la carte. Sauf qu'au final, ils m'ont débité 2 fois.
Je les ai contacté pour leur signaler. Mais, ne répondent pas, puis, se décident d'enfin me répondre en me disant qu'il leur faut une preuve de mon relevé. Donc, je leur envoie une capture preuve comme quoi, ils m'ont bien débité 2 fois, mais, continu leur silence, ne répondent pas et me remboursent encore moins.
Donc, petit conseil, n'allez pas dans ce restaurant, et surtout si ils vous demandent de repasser votre carte bancaire parce que leur machine ne fonctionne soit disant pas, NE REPASSER SURTOUT PAS UNE 2ÈME FOIS VOTRE CARTE, car, après, vous aurez du mal a vous faire rembourser. C'est visiblement des voleurs 👎😤😡
Honte à eux et le mot est faible...
J'attend toujours le remboursement.
19/08/2024: Repas excellent dans un cadre idéal. Repas succulent, service impeccable, tout comme l'attitude du personnel. La carte est variée et le trois quart est fait maison. Je recommande fortement, si vous souhaitez bien manger.

23/08/2024: Nous venons de partir de Merlette après avoir, comme souvent, passé diverses commandes au Goustaron, notre Boucherie préférée..une équipe au top qu'il faut conserver....le jeune artisan boucher qui nous y sert depuis plusieurs années est maintenant un jeune papa, pour la cuisson d'un rôti, agrémenté d'une délicieuse sauce préparée par ses soins, il nous a une fois de plus régalés, son dynamisme, son goût du travail bien fait et son sourire chaleureux nous poussent toujours à plus de patience, même lorsque la file d'attente s'intensifie..merci une nouvelle fois.

Sébastien nous a bien conseillé, il est très sympathique et ses produit sont excellent.
