03/07/2026: Four-night stay in a bed and breakfast. Very large room and large shower. Don't hesitate to run the fan all day because it gets very hot under the eaves during a heatwave 🤭. Great breakfast. Very warm welcome from Sonia and her team. Lovely little square with its fountain and panoramic mountain views. Thank you all for your smiles and kindness.

The seasonal dish of the day (a refreshing plate, perfect for sunny days) was a delight. Generous portions with an original presentation and beautifully plated dishes—a feast for the eyes and the palate.

25/03/2026: We just ate at this restaurant, and everything was excellent. It all started with the service. We don't eat meat. We ordered raclette and fries, and we received a portion of fries meant for four people, even though there were only two of us. The salad was excellent, as were the cheese, the potatoes, and the waitress's smile—everything was excellent. I highly recommend it. The portions are very generous, and I understand why they have such a good rating. Thank you again.

15/06/2026: Absolutely fabulous family-run restaurant. We popped in without reservations and initially we were told there wasn’t a free table, which was fine. As we were walking away we were called back and seated next to the fireplace, so we were able to watch all the grilled dished prepared. I had the duck breast and it was fabulous. We liked it so much we came back for lunch a few days later. I highly recommend this restaurant for the great food and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

14/06/2026: Extremely disappointed! We were expecting to discover "the best restaurant in Briançon" based on the reviews, but it was anything but. A very friendly young woman gave us a warm welcome, but then there was a very, very long wait to take our order and between each course (we almost left halfway through the meal). Our waiter was friendly but perhaps inexperienced; in any case, not up to scratch (aperitif glasses weren't cleared, so there wasn't enough room when the main courses arrived, no big deal, we just pushed everything in with our plates. The bread basket was carelessly tossed onto the table. They forgot to take our dessert order, etc.). The dishes were good, but not the treat we were expecting. The presentation was so-so, and the side dishes were always the same. Perhaps it's more of a winter restaurant, perhaps the waiter was inexperienced, perhaps the chef was new, etc. In any case, to leave faster, we didn't order coffee.

14/06/2026: The classic Caesar salad is elevated to new heights here! Generous portions, beautifully presented and fragrant, with high-quality ingredients... and the entire menu (our neighbors' plates) seemed to be of the same caliber! The dessert menu is small (homemade) but incredibly delicate. A truly wonderful place, with discreet and efficient service... We loved it!

28/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the fondue and raclette. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the cozy decor was tastefully done! We had a wonderful evening. A great find!

05/06/2026: We ate here with our two small children and felt incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in. The waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive, which makes dining out with little ones so much easier. The crêpes were delicious. Highly recommended for families!
