The pepper stew is so perfectly cooked that you can't even find the skin, the potato gratin has just the right amount of cream, and the mango sauce for the duck breast is an absolute must-try. I would advise ordering the rare escalope to fully appreciate it. And for dessert? The crème brûlée—melting, airy, and light, made by the owner herself—is simply divine.
