04/06/2026: Fantastic place! The owner is very friendly and the food is high quality and well-prepared. Our burgers were cooked exactly to our liking and were absolutely delicious—in our top 3 best burgers, without a doubt!

18/05/2026: By far one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at! The food was excellent; absolutely everything was flavorful, and every taste was delightful. The service was impeccable. Everything was served promptly and carefully, giving you time to enjoy your cocktail and appetizers before the soup. There was a very comfortable amount of time between courses—neither too long nor too short. (Silver cutlery was a real bonus for me 👌🏻🥰) The dining room was warm and inviting. A truly wonderful discovery!

15/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience at this restaurant: a real treat for both the eyes and the palate. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, with meticulous presentation and perfectly balanced flavors. A couple of minor drawbacks, however: the wine vintages aren't listed on the menu, which would be helpful for making a better selection. Also, the lack of tablecloths means the tables are slightly sticky, a detail that could be improved for a perfect experience. Despite these minor issues, a truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

The dishes were seasoned to perfection, and the side salad had the perfect flavor (rare, as most restaurants offer bland salads without dressing). I, who never write reviews, feel compelled to recommend this establishment on this site. So yes, the bill reflects the quality of your meal, but if you only have time for one restaurant... make no mistake, because this one is superb! I eagerly await the next menu! Christophe

11/04/2026: Superb inn in the heart of the mountains. There's a large terrace with a magnificent view! Excellent service. Plenty of choices, the garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) is delicious. Everything was very good, cooked with passion, using high-quality ingredients like trout and meats. Delicious!

24/05/2026: Came here for dinner with a couple friends and really enjoyed our experience here. It’s a husband and wife operation, the wife was the server and the husband was the chef. The dinner was a set menu with a couple different options for appetizer, entree, and dessert. The food was very creative and delicious and we enjoyed the taste combinations and local ingredients. The wife was very friendly, spoke English, and was super helpful with the menu and explaining everything. Highly recommend getting a reservation here though, they have limited space and only can serve a set number of people.

28/05/2026: The welcome is very pleasant, from the owner and the waitresses. The Bouic foie gras salad is very generous, with duck breast, gizzards, foie gras, country ham… a perfect match! The terrace is quiet with a view of the mountains.

11/05/2026: I'm writing about the experience we had at the restaurant today. The food was good, there's nothing to complain about. The duck was tasty, as was the appetizer, and the portions were large. Despite the high prices, the food is delicious. But the service is unprofessional and makes mistakes when paying, especially the waiter, a young main waiter man. We ordered a 250ml vine carafe, and the bill showed 500ml. I asked why I had to pay for 500ml, and the waiter said he was mistaken. Give us a larger carafe, and I should have seen it, and since we drank it, I should have paid. I don't know anything about carafe sizes! In other countries, you don't get it in carafes, but in glasses or bottles. Besides, it's his fault because he doesn't listen and makes mistakes, and ultimately, the customer ends up paying more than they should. Several customers before us also pointed out that he had calculated the bill incorrectly. The manager should either give him additional training or find someone more professional for the job. The food was tasty, but the service, due to the mistakes and the larger bill, unfortunately left us with a negative impression. People check the bills there !!!

The restaurant is very good for its price and variety of products, we eat it with a vegetarian person and we wait perfectly for you to enjoy everything, incredible meats, burgers and delicious fries. The camareros are very friendly and you intend to read them in Spanish, as well as our guide to busing one of our sites. We were looking for somewhere to eat near the market and this was a great surprise. The restaurant is top notch, whether for the price, the quality of the products or the variety. We were accompanied by a vegetarian, and they took excellent care of everything, ensuring she had plenty of choices. The meats were incredible, the burgers too, and a special mention for the fries! The servers are very friendly and make an effort to speak Spanish. They even acted as guides, helping us find other places to visit. Highly recommended!
