The starter, artichoke / shrimp: the artichoke hearts came from a can and the shrimp, given the size and taste, came from a brine....
The beef snout, frozen. It came out of the fridge and not seasoned enough. We asked for vinegar. We are offered wine or balsamic. We choose the latter. It arrives in a vinegar maker, (normal), whose surface was covered with mold!!! .....
Then, blood sausage / apples and potatoes. Very good. A steak, very tender but not grilled and not tasty.
I don't think we will return to "Sabodet".⁸

31/03/2024: We had a great time with the family on the sunny terrace.
The dishes are tasty and delicious…the beef fillet was excellent! And the gravlax salmon is a treat!
The service is impeccable and fast.
We will gladly come back !

Exceptional place, decent dishes but we expect much better and the service ruins the whole thing. It seems like this was the first time they provided a service. But I am certain that the quality of service has changed since 2020 and that this restaurant deserves a repeat visit!

19/12/2023: It's good but it doesn't inspire wonder: sausage + sauerkraut, meat + potatoes... At a really steep price. No fish on the menu. Choice between 2 desserts priced at more than €10. In short, good and well cooked but I eat just as well at the tobacco studios in St Cloud for much less money. We will say that the price is adapted to the customers who frequent the restaurant and not to the dishes served there.

01/03/2024: Attention rien à voir avec le site et le cuisine roborative annoncée du Sud-ouest ! Changement de propriétaire. Le service un peu lent au coup de feu mais accueil très agréable. Peu de plats à la carte mais visiblement frais et bons.
24/02/2024: Super bistrot, changement de propriétaire, de lieu et de cuisine, ambiance très chaleureuse et agréable!!
Cuisine bistrot bien travaillée (j’ai pris une échine de porc délicieuse et un crumble en dessert) top, je recommande!
Personnel super gentil et à l’écoute👌

What friendly, sweet people. When I'm in Paris again, I will definitely go back. A hundred times better than in the tourist center of Paris.
05/05/2024: Saturday evening May 4. Professional, friendly and warm welcome. Good cooking, a real cook who presents his dishes and cooking methods, served quietly, copious and tasty dishes. It's nice to find restaurants like that on the corner.

Homemade with a very pleasant welcome and fast and perfect service.
I highly recommend it for lunch.

21/03/2024: I have just had a great week at the Crystal Hotel. It's not a modern hotel, the furniture is a little dated, my room isn't very big. But the most important thing is the impeccable cleanliness and the very warm welcome from the managers, who are accommodating and full of good advice. I'll come back to it next week 👍. thank you

The rooms are slightly small but what you need is there as well as the cleanliness is top notch.
Ideally located rue Collange, close to shops and less than 10 minutes walk from Clichy Levallois station allowing you to get to Paris Saint Lazare in 15 minutes with the L line.

Tiny room. It's hard to move around. Narrow bathroom..
For the price, we expect better.
The decor is outdated..
Good breakfast nonetheless and pleasant staff (welcome, breakfast and cleaning).
