14/02/2026: Always a pleasure to dine at Stéphane's restaurant. Valentine's Day menu: Excellent foie gras. Delicious fish with truffle sauce. Refreshing rose ice cream. Stuffed poultry with vegetables. The dessert was just a little too sweet for my taste; a lighter dessert would have been perfect. Thank you for this lovely meal.

10/04/2026: We were at this Cresendo restaurant. We chose our appetizers, then went to the register to choose our main courses. We were given a napkin, but I didn't get one, so when I asked, the gentleman practically refused. Furthermore, regarding the hot food service, I could hear the staff arguing in front of the customers, which wasn't pleasant. Not discreet at all. I also think that when we ate our appetizers, we received a beep; it would be better to have a receipt, which would give us time to eat.

30/03/2026: Disappointed compared to the reviews and reputation of this restaurant. The salad starter was decent. The main course, fish bourride (bouillabaisse style), was very mediocre. Excellent dessert. The fish soup starter was bland. The fish platter was acceptable. €40 per person is still a high price for what you get.

19/03/2026: A firm favourite in the Cap d’Agde. Excellent service, pleasant port location and importantly, exquisite reasonably priced food. The three course menu available if you sit down before 8pm is particularly good value.

05/04/2026: Great service and lovely place, unfortunately extremely disappointed. All the dishes offered are €5 more expensive in-store than on the website menu. The egg meurette (€20) was uninteresting: three mushrooms barely hanging on, the bacon was all fat with no meat, and the egg was fine, of course. The starter was mostly filled with pearl onions, and I was far from convinced by the main course. In short, two starters, one main course, one dessert, and three drinks cost €120. Thanks, Hervé's Bistro.

25/03/2026: Over time, the pleasure of dining at Bistro d’Hervé remains undiminished. Everything is of high quality: the dishes are flavorful and sophisticated with elegant presentation, the setting is delightful, and the service is both attentive and warm. It's always a truly enjoyable experience, whether dining as a couple or with friends.

07/04/2026: I came for lunch today with friends; we've been regulars for several years. We ordered the set menus. They were very good and beautifully presented, however, the portions weren't very generous, neither the meat nor the fish dishes. We all felt the same way, even those with smaller appetites. It's a shame because it's a very good restaurant. The food was excellent and the ingredients were fresh.

05/10/2025: Staying in the residence, we dined at Indigo with family. This restaurant offers family-style cuisine, and everything is prepared on-site. The pizza was excellent, as were the mussels and fries. Very good value for money in a very pleasant setting (poolside terrace). The service is efficient and friendly. Bravo to the team! The icing on the cake was that it was karaoke night, and it was really great fun, with a great atmosphere, especially thanks to NONO. We'll definitely be back!
