21/10/2026: We arrived at just gone 7pm and were the only people there. The owner was very attentive and helped us to translate and decide what we wanted to eat. When the food arrived it was incredibly tasty. By the time we left, the restaurant had several other groups in. We would definitely go back to this unassuming restaurant.

01/10/2026: What can I say! You wouldn't expect to find a restaurant like this in an industrial park, but once you step inside, it's a guaranteed "Wow!" The welcome is very pleasant, and the setting is both understated and elegant. As for the food, it's an explosion of flavors. I opted for the four-course lobster menu: the frozen lobster interlude and the creamy spider crab soup with lobster cubes, and I LOVED it. One small drawback, however: the lobster body in my salad (starter) was a bit too firm for my liking. This minor point allows me to say that, while the perception might not be perfect, it comes very close. Congratulations to the chef. You can go there without hesitation.

10/10/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. The octopus pita caught my eye; I wasn't expecting anything, but I was pleasantly surprised from beginning to end! Everything was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. As for the sandwich, it's exactly what I mean when I say I want a sandwich! A big thank you to the young chef; the food is excellent and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place.

24/10/2026: A superb experience at Brasserie La Plage! We were there as a family with our two children, and the welcome was perfect: a smiling, attentive team who truly took great care of the little ones. And what can we say about the sea view? Simply magnificent! As for the food, we had mussels and the daily special, couscous: everything was delicious and generous. You can tell they pay real attention to the quality of the ingredients; in fact, there were no tomato dishes on the menu because it's no longer the season. Seasonal cuisine, fresh and authentic, just the kind we wish we could find more often by the sea. An address we wholeheartedly recommend; we'll gladly return!

11/09/2026: A must-try during our stays in Cape Town: always a warm welcome, original and delicious homemade infused rums, a top-notch sausage rougail, and a special mention for the excellent shark curry! We love the tapas to share for a convivial and gourmet evening.

The sausage rougail is excellent and filling, and the appetizers like spring rolls, bouchons, and samosas are super fresh. The extra touch is the excellent selection of cocktails, both virgin and non-virgin.

But having eaten there twice with children, I can say there's something to please everyone, and the waitstaff is very pleasant and attentive.

18/09/2026: Disastrous service. It took 40 minutes to get my order, and since I'm lactose intolerant, I told the waitress, but despite that, the side dish was served with butter. A sole for €19! I only ate the sea bream. My mother's paella was simply not good; the rice was soggy. Finally, the waitress was friendly, but we paid, and I left to eat elsewhere. Avoid this tourist trap!
