A warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service.
Delicious and generous portions.

02/09/2026: A very good restaurant. Just a small note about the starter: not too much salad, and especially not four tomato slices which serve no purpose other than decoration. Instead, a decorative touch would be edible, so perhaps a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or raspberry vinegar, or a few other things that would make you want to eat a quarter of a tomato. The owner took my comment well and immediately passed it on. Well done! Then came a surprising dish to eat in Vias: an exceptional cuttlefish stew. Bravo, because being from Sète, frankly, for me, it's the best I've ever had. Excellent dessert. The service was more than perfect, provided by the owner and the wonderful waitress. In short, a great restaurant with an incredible decor for a lovely evening. Bravo, see you soon! Just not too much salad, or cut it up! 😂😂💋❤️❤️ See you soon!

24/08/2026: We ate at La Table du Boucher on our last evening in Vias. The two servers were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. Language wasn't a problem at all; both spoke good English and were very attentive.
The food was absolutely outstanding. We haven't eaten so well in a long time.
The ambiance is also simply lovely. We felt completely at ease and can highly recommend La Table du Boucher!
It's a shame we only went on our last evening; we would have loved to eat there again.

The food is excellent, everything is homemade, and the wood-fired meat is a real treat! You can come without hesitation 😋

10/08/2026: A rather surprising experience for a bar.
Regarding happy hour, the terms and conditions seem to be inconsistent: it's advertised as valid "on draft beers, except Guinness," even though Guinness is presented and sold as a draft beer. In reality, it was simply regular cans, which leaves one perplexed, to say the least, about the clarity of the offer.
Unfortunately, the service at the bar was also subpar. The waitress was particularly unfriendly: no greeting, no thank you, no glance at the customers to take our order, even though we were the only ones in the bar at the time. A minimum of courtesy and attentiveness would have been appreciated.
We are therefore extremely disappointed with this experience, both by the lack of clarity in the offer and by the poor quality of service.

06/09/2024: Après un premier passage en 2021 dans cet établissement, nous y entrons à nouveau lors d'un séjour dans le secteur.
Et suprise rien n'a changé ni accueil toujours souriant discret et efficace de la patronne qui est partout à la fois ni la cuisine du chef qui est toujours aussi bonne avec une mention spéciale pour la terrine aux trois chocolats un petit chef d oeuvre de gourmandise.
Le meilleur sur cette petite place.

Nous avons été très contents....on a super bien mangés à chaque fois, nous avons été très bien accueillis
