13/02/2026: I came about five years ago, when the restaurant didn't yet have its Michelin star… and it was already incredible. I went back last night and frankly: wow. The star is well deserved. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything is perfectly thought out. The flavors explode in your mouth, the textures are surprising. Even though I don't particularly like fennel or cilantro, I was blown away by the combinations. And on top of that, the staff is charming, attentive, and truly excellent. You're swept away from beginning to end. A memorable experience. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived until the final dessert, everything was exceptionally well-executed: attentive yet unobtrusive service, precise presentation, perfectly balanced flavors, and the ability to transform a dinner into a truly memorable experience.
