The staff is exceptional: courteous yet warm. They all know how to welcome and serve perfectly.
There are two set menus (one starter and main course, and one starter, main course, and dessert), and the à la carte menu offers a wide variety of choices (tapas, starters, vegetarian options, meat dishes, daily specials, fish, side dishes, cheeses, and desserts).
Every dish is beautifully presented.
The smoked burrata mozzarella melts in your mouth. When I visited, the daily special was pork with a chorizo sauce: wonderful. Finally, I couldn't resist ordering the Bonnat chocolate Marquise, which exceeded all expectations.
The sommelier recommended a very tasty bottle of wine.
Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

22/06/2026: A magical restaurant with a beautiful view.
The waiters were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to please everyone.
A word of advice to our guests: remember to bring a sweater or avoid sitting by the open window so they can close it and bother other customers, like us, who are enjoying it. Even though they were rushing around, the waiters moved us outside... Thank you to the chefs for the delicious dishes and the aperitif.

10/06/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars because the reception was a bit cold but acceptable. The building is new, opening in 2024 if I understood correctly. Overall, it's pleasant and the room was nice. It has a view of the lake and a private beach. There's a restaurant on the first floor, also with a lake view. It's independent of the hotel. The food is very good and the service is excellent.

30/05/2026: All-you-can-eat mussels and fries menu is expensive, even more so the salad as a starter. I ordered Roquefort sauce and there wasn't any, but on the bill, one euro more for the sauce, too expensive for what I know.

Magret insipide brûlé avec deux pauvres pomme de terre en robe des champs....quelle misère
15/08/2024: Acceuil très sympathique ,les plats sont de qualités les vins très bons et la vue sur le lac juste exceptionnelle...la patronne est très sympathique et souriante...je recommande fortement et nous reviendrons manger la bouillabaisse..
