The food is good, the waiter is pleasant, friendly, and very professional. You can tell that the professionals who work there are passionate about their food; it's a pleasure to dine at this restaurant! The 7 a.m. pork was absolutely amazing! Anyway, there's no secret: when you take the first bite of your dish and let out a "mmm" or "yum!", that's a good sign!
