The service is always pleasant and efficient and the choice offered is delicate and varied; The starters and main courses were good, very good for the fish, perfect; the rest (meat and sauces) seemed a little too salty to us, which is a shame.

26/03/2024: A place with original architecture where old stone is highlighted. The meal is delicious and original. Truffle and prawn ravioli on bacon cream. The cider from the chef's childhood goes well with this dish, which has a Breton touch. The foie gras found in the Landes salad is a delight. A fine and subtle dessert was served to us: matcha tea verrine and yuzu cream on a bed of matcha biscuits. Yum ! 😋

04/04/2024: First time in this hotel and it is without regret that we packed our bags for two days in this very beautiful establishment in Mont de Marsan. We appreciated the warm and professional welcome from the staff. Our room Number 6 was large and spacious with a sleeping area and a large space in the middle with a desk and a sofa. And on the other side a very beautiful bathroom including bathtub and walk-in shower. And a separate WC but adjoining the bathroom. The view of the Douze and Midou rivers is magnificent. The hotel is ideally located in the city center and yet it is very pleasant and very quiet. Special mention for the hotel's private parking which allows you to park your car in complete safety. We were not able to discover the recently starred gourmet restaurant because we were staying for a funeral but we will come back without hesitation. Do not hesitate to book directly on the hotel website because the prices are very attractive. Sincerely

05/04/2024: Very nice surprise for this restaurant located on the port. He deserves his regular clientele. Friendly welcome, fast service. The cuisine is excellent. Direct fish from Capbreton. 22€ starter main course dessert, very good value for money.
