The restaurant is not to our taste, the order was not respected. And we still don't know why. No apology or explanation. We ordered a vegetable flan and had a green salad. 25/02/2024: We went to the rest,'o this evening for a disco evening. We had a very good evening with Arun who knew how to entertain us! The meal was perfect, we come here regularly and we enjoy it every time. The dishes are excellent, very well presented and good value for money. The staff is top notch. I highly recommend. You will definitely enjoy it!

02/04/2024: Restaurant : We would have appreciated pitted olives (and from Nyons, Chef@), more elegant to eat, and a little crumb scooping when the time comes. Menu at 69€ which is a real pleasure (a delicate lavender jelly accompanies an excellent foie gras), small vegetables to accompany the perfectly cooked red mullet fillets and generally speaking, the main course of very balanced red mullet fillets (flavors and quantities). Mille Feuilles with pear, light, not very sweet which allows you to finish with pleasure. Efficient and friendly room service. Little wait between courses, we came on a Saturday at 12:30 p.m. (and having reserved). The special Grand Hotel Spritz is excellent and puts you in a good mood :-) A very good restaurant that can be 200% recommended.

12/10/2023: update following the response from the manager who in addition to being incompetent is not very honest. I didn't invent that you took mussels in Greece because they were cheaper, it was one of your waiters who told me that after telling him that they were very small, overcooked and that there were 30% shells empty. Oddly enough, I'm not the only one to leave this kind of review, ask yourself the right questions and when a customer makes a comment and the staff agrees, you must take it into account.

05/10/2023: Good mussel restaurant, not the best but it is pleasant. Too bad the fries aren't homemade. The waitresses are very nice.
