24/01/2025: I didn't stay at the hotel, and this review is only for the restaurant. This small restaurant should be mentioned in the Michelin or Gault Millau guides for the quality of its dishes. The menu is small in quantity but large in quality, which allows for well-presented and refined dishes. If you have the opportunity to pass through Saint-Justin, spend a vacation in the area, or even have a business meal, I highly recommend this place.
