25/03/2026: An incredible experience. The food was exquisite and the service was excellent. We'll be back!
15/03/2026: I loved this little restaurant before the change of ownership, in other words, before it became pretentious and unaffordable. The food was traditional and comforting, just like the previous owner. Now all we can do is wait for another change of ownership and hope that the Sassay bistro will rediscover its true values.
