09/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in the small village of Gumieres, on the little square opposite the church. The menu featured an original starter, salmorejo, a tomato soup with fried pearl onions—a delight! The aioli is highly recommended, as is the melon soup with its creamy sauce. Kudos to the cook, and thank you for the warm welcome. A place you'll definitely want to return to. 🤗
26/07/2026: Excellent restaurant located in Gumieres (42) run by a young couple. Very welcoming, refined cuisine, fresh produce, and delicious desserts. Professionals.
