03/09/2026: Another delightful moment 😉 Today's starter, pan-seared foie gras Tatin, was divine! The matured ribeye steak was superb! To finish, pan-seared pineapple and coconut ice cream. A wonderful interlude. Thank you so much, and see you very soon.
