24/05/2026: We came as a couple to Domaine de Saint Gery from May 5th to 8th, 2026, to take a bread-making course. We were dazzled by the kindness of our hosts and their passion for good food. Lunch and dinner were also moments of pure delight and culinary invention. We were almost alone in this magnificent estate where we were able to relax, savor the flavors, and learn to make truly excellent bread. This estate is a true haven of peace and culinary bliss.
