01/03/2024: After visiting and having lunch in Rocamadour, I spotted this glacier and I was not disappointed. The ice cream was excellent and what about the whipped cream. It's been a long time since I ate one with this creamy, non-chemical taste. And then how nice it is to eat ice cream in the garden while admiring the goats. And then in these times when farmers are demanding, it's direct sales as I like them. Let's support our local producers who successfully choose diversification.

09/11/2023: A place that we discovered thanks to a “Michelin discovery box”. You have to get there, via the small roads of this magnificent region, but once there... it's luxury, happiness and voluptuousness! The restaurant, at the water's edge, under shady trees, displays all its charm, as much by its location, its furniture, as by its cuisine. What a treat to taste this delicacy in such a setting! Only happiness. And if we haven't tried the hotel part, in this wonderfully bucolic setting, we promise... we'll come back!

14/03/2024: A new romantic getaway to Gindreau last weekend.... We were pampered!!! The 3-course menu and some tastings of well-truffled dishes always lived up to the reputation of chef Pascal Bardet's cuisine... Congratulations also to the pastry chef... We finished our meal on a very nice sweet note... A marvel for our palates!! Great wine discoveries offered by Margot the adorable sommelier.
A calm and relaxing night in the Gindreau house tastefully decorated by the hostess Sandrine Bardet who always takes great care of her customers, both in the restaurant and at the Gindreau house... Well done to the whole welcoming team Gindreau in the kitchen and in the restaurant... We will of course come back

26/02/2024: Beautiful establishment with a warm welcome, which brings life to the small village of Dégagnac. The cuisine is resolutely Quercy: rich, generous and frank. No fuss, efficient and the bill remains very reasonable.
The room open in summer is pleasant and spacious.
The room has a bar, which can be a little noisy.
