12/08/2023: Absolutely perfect ! I recommend 100%. The welcome is really very pleasant, the food: delicious 😋!!! in a magnificent setting 🥰. Spanish theme, we who are returning from Andalusia, it feels like it, or even better!!! If you are looking for a restaurant in the area, nestled in this magnificent little village, don't hesitate, go for it... You will definitely be delighted 😊
12/08/2023: The food is excellent despite the small quantities for the price. The terrace being on a parking lot, it's difficult to ignore when cars come and go less than a meter from your table.

29/09/2023: Such a lovely place! It’s well taken care of, the garden is really pretty and the rooms clean with comfortable beds. Dinner was good, only remark we would have is that the food was very quickly served, which made it a bit of a rushed experience. But in general, would definitely recommend the place. (Order the rosé, it’s delicious!)

18/01/2024: I stayed for a whole week for professional reasons and it was a pleasure from arrival to departure. The staff is welcoming and caring.
The hotel offers different catering options.
The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has the necessary comfort when you are away from home for a week. It is important to feel good and comfortable and the hotel staff made sure that my stay went as smoothly as possible. Special mention for breakfast and its freshly squeezed fruit juice on request.

06/04/2024: Arriving via Hazard in this stopover village to find a restaurant, we enjoyed dinner at the Citadelle. Very good service, excellent meal, excellent value for money. I recommend this restaurant.
03/03/2024: We liked the location of the hotel.
The catering is also very good.
The renovation of the rooms is very good because it was needed. Remains the air conditioning because July August now there are very hot days. At the end of last August a peak of 40, it's very hot!!!

01/09/2023: Wir sind extra von Quésac hierher gewandert, um hier Mittag zu essen. Angeblich hat das Restaurant auf. Stimmt aber nicht. Ein Reinfall! Als wenn alte Leute nur bis zum 31.08. Urlaub machen ... wir sind schwer enttäuscht!

31/12/2023: Arriving a few minutes before opening time and seeing everything on, I ask if we can go inside. A rather nice lady but who we won't see again afterwards tells us yes. It would have been better to tell us to wait because then his blonde colleague doesn't respond to our hello, makes everything go wrong while we visit. We refrain from asking for mulled wine, adding more to pay for our purchase. Nothing helps: neither thank you, nor my dog, nor goodbye.
So next time keep your door closed for the few minutes that make you so aggressive rather than giving such an odious welcome to these tourists that you visibly vomit. Or change jobs.

20/09/2023: C'est notre deuxième expérience au sein de ce bel établissement tenu par un couple charmant et amoureux de son métier. Nous avons dormi dans la chambre rococo noire, jolie et élégante. La literie est excellente. Quant à la table du restaurant que dire à part que l'expérience est digne d'un restaurant étoilé. Les plats sont une véritable alchimie des saveurs. La maîtrise est impressionnante autant visuelle que gustative . Il y a une pépite dans les Cévennes. Gourmands et gourmets n'hésitez pas à franchir les portes de l'hôtel St Sauveur.

04/04/2024: Passing through at lunch time we stopped based on the good reviews and yes we were not disappointed we ate well, simple but very tasty dish of the day and excellent meat, despite the restaurant being full we were served with a large speed immediately seated almost immediately served just enough time to wash your hands, top notch and what's more, a pleasant welcome. A very small negative point: the restaurant deserves a little refreshment.
21/01/2024: Very good restaurants, the dish and dessert of the day changes continually, the owners are super nice, there are two super cute doggies too, always a pleasure to go there, the desserts are super good and when we ask for cooking for the meat he there is no error.
I will always return there with pleasure.
