18/10/2025: A quick lunch at the end of the service. And despite that, an excellent, very generous gourmet salad, and the waitress, alone, was brilliant and very kind.
I recommend it; it has a magnificent terrace overlooking the Tarn.
30/09/2025: Hiking around the Causse Méjean in a group, we spent the night in Alex's hotel restaurant on the banks of the Tarn. In the guesthouse we ate the unmissable Aligo sausage in the evening. We received a perfect welcome from Alex and we are returning with great pleasure.
