23/03/2026: This was our third family visit to Cheval Blanc. This time it was my grandson's 18th birthday present; he had specifically requested to come here. We greatly appreciate the refined flavors created by the Chef, the assurance that everything is prepared on-site with the most local ingredients possible, the attentive and friendly service, the delicious breakfast, the proximity to the magnificent Lac du Der, the architecture of the half-timbered churches—in short, we certainly hope to return again in the years to come.

01/03/2026: Friendly waiter and waitress, the food was very good, pleasant and warm atmosphere.
22/02/2026: We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, February 21st. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant spacious, and the staff very friendly. However, I ordered a double-patty burger and my partner ordered a duck leg, but there was a mistake with the order. My burger only had one patty instead of two. It was sent back to the kitchen, and the wait was unbearable, all just to add one more patty. The plate arrived 20 minutes later, so I ate cold food, and my partner had already finished hers. Very disappointed; it was a bad experience for me, and I don't intend to return because of this error. I believe that at €23 for the burger, the food should be impeccable, including the fries, which were frozen and not homemade… What a shame. Fortunately, my partner was delighted with her duck leg.

26/11/2025: We were passing through for a weekend during the off-season and were able to get a table easily. The food and service from the staff were excellent.
I recommend it.
08/11/2025: We discovered the rating given to this brasserie, which was a wonderful find for us. A friendly welcome, order taken correctly, and quick service. Excellent value for money from appetizers to desserts. Perfectly cooked rare steak, the Savoyard pizza was a delight, etc. We'll be back, thank you to the team!

debut juillet.
Déjà très bien accueilli, nous avons dîné sur la terrasse vu sur le port.
Nous avons pris le tartare de bœuf et la planche du boucher. Un délice.
Nous reviendrons avc plaisir.
Le service au top, nous avions peur des moustiques, mais nous n'avons pas été embêté par ceux ci.
La seule petite chose que je dirais, parce que moi je suis petite, l assise de la chaise est trop creusé, et du coup la table était un peu haute pour moi.
Mais sinon cette établissement mérite un 5/5.
12/05/2024: Restaurant très bien situé, les assiettes sont copieuses et la nourriture très bonne et faite maison. Le patron et les serveurs très aimables et souriants. Nous avons passé un excellent moment !
