With 28 degrees outside it's difficult to rest... and difficult to find a room in the surrounding hotels during a major event. In addition, the sign on the roof indicating hotel restaurant is false... No restaurant... False advertising. Very expensive hotel 80 euros per night for dismal service.

21/08/2024: The room has everything you need to spend the night. But you have to keep in mind that there is heating in the room, but there is no air conditioning. In the summer months it can be hot inside. Otherwise, everything was very good. The staff is very friendly. There are some tables outside the rooms where it is possible to sit and eat something that has been prepared, although I do not know if there is the possibility of heating it, because we brought food that did not need it. The location of the hotel is perfect for traveling: it is close to the highway but in a quiet area in terms of noise.

25/05/2026: I received a very warm welcome from the staff. I was able to drop off my suitcase and bag early, and they even gave me an extra hour for my departure – really very friendly, I highly recommend them! (A 5-minute walk from the cathedral)

06/04/2026: Hotel ideally located near Reims Cathedral. Hotel poorly maintained. Musty smell. Noise throughout the night. Avoid!

28/07/2024: Très en dessous des standards de l'enseigne. Jus d'orange fortement coupé. Pain au chocolat curieusement plat et insipide. La pâte n'était pas celle d'un pain au chocolat. Je ne suis pourtant pas regardant et un simple pain au chocolat de la boulangerie d'un supermarché peu me convenir. Le site est un attrape touriste et j'ai honte de l'image que cela laisse.

18/07/2024: Ordered an oat latte, the cashier/employee acknowledged, repeated, but I still got a normal milk latte. Coffee was from an automatic machine and tasted bland. Croissant was okay at best
