30/08/2024: Discovery of this restaurant during a day in Reims. Lunch during the week at the end of August with the incredible Maréchal menu at €46. TOPISSIME. A line of original sweets, a starter of your choice including a gazpacio of peas with beautiful shrimp or a soft half-salted salmon, a dish including a rarely cooked tuna on the plancha or a rabbit confit with its Paimpol coconuts, a refreshing dessert with peach, lavender ice cream and matcha tea financier and to finish off a farandole of very delicious sweet treats. Deserves its star without hesitation otherwise what's the point of guides! Fortunately 3 toques and 16/20 in Gault et Millau. An obligation for us to come back and visit Reims!

20/08/2024: A modern and warm decoration, a welcome and top-notch service. As for the cuisine, it's a real refinement, a mixture of flavors in a resolutely fishy menu, divinely prepared! A must do ❤️

23/08/2024: Room without air conditioning... We warn you when you arrive... With 28 degrees outside it's difficult to rest... and difficult to find a room in the surrounding hotels during a major event. In addition, the sign on the roof indicating hotel restaurant is false... No restaurant... False advertising. Very expensive hotel 80 euros per night for dismal service.

21/08/2024: The room has everything you need to spend the night. But you have to keep in mind that there is heating in the room, but there is no air conditioning. In the summer months it can be hot inside. Otherwise, everything was very good. The staff is very friendly. There are some tables outside the rooms where it is possible to sit and eat something that has been prepared, although I do not know if there is the possibility of heating it, because we brought food that did not need it. The location of the hotel is perfect for traveling: it is close to the highway but in a quiet area in terms of noise.

30/08/2024: Bar / Pub without much interest, cruel lack of professionalism with unwelcoming servers and an atmosphere that makes you want to flee... We quickly feel that the client only represents a portfolio, business and nothing else. Don't want to set foot there again for a penny!

14/09/2024: We were eager to discover Le Bocal, famous for its oysters and seafood platters. Unfortunately, our visit was ruined upon our arrival at 1:30 p.m. We were unceremoniously refused, and without any alternative being offered to us. What made the situation worse was that the employee, instead of looking for a solution, complained about the lack of staff. An experience far from what we hoped for. Too bad for an establishment with such a good reputation

07/09/2024: Gezellig restaurant. Hartelijke, informele ontvangst. Het eten was geweldig. De gastvrouw was zeer attent en nooit opdringerig om meer te willen verkopen. De wijn werd op tijd bijgeschonken en nooit te snel

16/12/2024: Accueil sympathique, très honnêtement nous nous attendions à autre chose en terme de restauration style planchette charcuterie fromage mais à priori c'était pas le concept qui s'orientait plutôt vers du burger etc.. indépendamment de çà les vins sont original et sortent des clivages habituels

08/09/2024: Friendly welcome and original concept: we ask the waiter what we want and he must offer a drink that meets our expectations. However, no Bordeaux. Nor from Burgundy. No St Nicolas de Bourgueuil. Nor from Bandol... We end up getting tired and choosing not by default. Damage. The cellar seemed to us to be quite empty in the end.
