01/10/2026: I came a few years ago with a friend for a quick lunch and I loved my meal. Having not had the chance to go back since, I took advantage of a Wednesday off to stop by Pasquale's and enjoy a delicious meal. I wasn't disappointed; the panini was excellent! I can't wait to come back soon!

13/09/2026: Excellent dishes, both in quality and quantity. The tasting platter was very generous, with excellent ingredients. The meat paella was superb. It was a bit too much, but we were able to take our leftovers. The decor is lovely, really capturing the Basque atmosphere. The service was very friendly and quick. A small liqueur was offered at the end of the meal. 😊

30/06/2026: Excellent experience. Quick and friendly service. Traditional beef tartare and salad: simple, fresh, and well-seasoned. A real treat in this heat! The dining room is spacious and pleasant, but I opted for the shaded terrace, ideal during a heatwave.

23/06/2026: We had 30 minutes before our TGV departure. And yet, both our meals were served in record time and were absolutely delicious! An excellent place where I will gladly return to try the other dishes on the menu! Furthermore, the waitress was very pleasant, helpful, and always smiling. A real treat!

27/09/2026: An absolutely exceptional culinary experience! Yesterday we chose the Ancestral menu and were amazed by our meal, from the appetizers to the petit fours! The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and we also greatly appreciated the attentive service, which included adapting one of the dishes to my dietary preferences. We will gladly return on our next trip to Reims.

19/09/2026: I can't say more about how was the food. It was such a marvellous experience every time when we visit here. Tbh this is one of the best restaurant in Reims. Food is perfect and service is good. It's just service was bit dragging today when we were outside at the terrace bc for having entrée and main for 2hrs is bit too long for enjoying. But as always everything was perfect. Even the red wine by the glass was good enough to enjoy by itself and even with food. Thank you for such a delicious food for us to enjoy every time when we visit. We will come back again😁

07/10/2026: Amazing food! Pleasant atmosphere and exemplary service. We loved everything! I ordered duck breast and my wife ordered beef with pepper sauce. A Chinon wine and crème brûlée for dessert. Amazing food!

04/10/2026: We were regular customers. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. The service was appalling. They changed our order without informing us. It's completely unprofessional.

10/09/2026: What a fantastic evening! Not only was the food superb—the perfectly cooked cod in saffron sauce is especially recommended—but so was the lovely, attentive service team (the owners?) who treated us like family, even though the restaurant was packed. In Germany, you'd need six servers, and they'd still be stressed. It's a shame I booked other restaurants in Reims. A real highlight.

09/10/2026: I took my wife to lunch at this restaurant for her birthday. Besides the lovely atmosphere and excellent food, we were pleasantly surprised when dessert arrived with a birthday candle and a "Happy Birthday" sung by the waitresses! Thank you for this thoughtful touch!

The sommelier introduces us to some amazing wines. And what a surprise that Austrian Blakstok cider was with dessert.

Upon entering the establishment, we were delighted to find an intimate space, adorned with remarkably elegant materials and so beautifully arranged. We were welcomed with distinction and invited to take our seats overlooking the magnificent gardens. How can I describe our dinner? Exceptional precision of taste, perfectly balanced proportions, and above all, remarkable expertise that fully justifies the Michelin stars displayed at the entrance. We were treated to a succession of dishes worthy of a haute couture fashion show. I would like to sincerely thank the staff who contributed to our evening, filled with profound wonder, emotion, and delicious memories. A true pleasure and heartfelt thanks for an evening brimming with memories. 🙏
