25/05/2024: Tout simplement magnifique !!! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre merveilleux … Que dire de la table …. Un moment Exceptionnel où le menu « Émotion » prend tout son sens .. un véritable voyage dans la région Champagne , Bretonne et dans notre propre enfance …Merci à Arnaud Lallement , sa famille et son équipe pour l’accueil parfait , tout est orchestré avec efficacité , professionnalisme , luxe mais aussi décontraction et une pointe d’humour , nous reviendrons , c’est certain ! Bravo !

21/04/2024: We came from Metz as a family and we were delighted by this restaurant which offers homemade dishes, with delicious tastes. The service was pleasant, the service too, and we are delighted to have chosen this restaurant for our visit to the area. Good discovery, a real pleasure; I don't understand the bad reviews.

Impeccable cleanliness, welcome and kindness of the staff. quality bedding - copious and varied breakfast (with an exceptional Maroilles :))))!!.. with a smile and kindness too!
I recommend without problem. and I know where to stop in REIMS from now on

13/05/2024: Good food overall in this restaurant on the other hand pizza sometimes not always well cooked ingredients I won't eat pizza anymore Yes sorry recently the mushrooms I couldn't eat them were not cooked and the mussels don't like them as much anymore either same as in the beginning! And some customers have a problem with a discussion about the smell, supposedly there was a certain Friday evening, I had nothing to do with the origin of the smell, but it's fine for me to blame it on me! Yes, unfortunately I like certain things less recently! Don't think it's funny that you don't see me anymore!

14/01/2024: The duvet is too light when it freezes at -4°. The bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and functional. On the other hand, the receptionist should inform the customer regarding the opening of the gate accessing the parking lot after a certain time. I got stuck at 2 a.m. and had to go from behind using a back entrance through a park in the middle of the night, with no lights and in freezing cold. All hotels operate differently and due to this lack of information, access to the room was very difficult...

03/04/2024: The pastries are tasty, and the staff is friendly. However, I wish they had a greater variety of pastries with more attractive presentation. Despite this, the prices are reasonable, and the "choux d'Ange" I ordered were delicious.
