14/01/2024: Refined cuisine, excellent quality! Service a little long at peak times but the staff is very pleasant. This bistro is warm and calm. Small downside, the room is small, it gives the impression of eating with your neighbor at the next table. Despite this, the cuisine offered makes this restaurant an excellent address to know in Laval. I will return there with pleasure.

05/12/2023: Simple but excellent cuisine. Too bad the owner is not very commercial (refusal of payment by lunch voucher card because we did not have an aperitif or coffee). Apparently this costs him too much (for a bill of 50 euros). Too bad, we enjoyed the meal but we won't come back.

24/03/2024: Very welcoming, very good. The desserts are excellent - the Grand Marnier soufflé, a killer... Prices are fair for the service.

05/01/2024: A nice hotel in the city center, with comfortable rooms. Perhaps a shower cubicle a little too small for my build, and a lack of pressure at the shower head. Beautiful attentive service in the restaurant. I keep the address

18/03/2024: Very easy to eat, even when arriving just before 2 p.m. Simple place and friendly service. The starter buffet is varied, the dish (rare steak, fries and salad) is perfect in terms of product quality, cooking and quantity. Dessert is also included in the very advantageous formula, there is a choice and it is very good. I recommend, both for a quick meal, with colleagues or friends.

28/12/2023: A real brasserie, waitresses flitting between the tables. There were 6 of us who squeezed in for a drink, the staff didn't hesitate to move the tables and customers, smiles and friendliness, a real brasserie atmosphere.

27/11/2023: I'm not generally boring but I wanted to talk about it. Tonight was my wife's birthday, we hadn't specified it however, five of us came, we had a drink first inside then outside, good reaction from the waitresses, we received our drinks but the waitress who is also "responsible" we will learn later, does not seem to know the drinks she sends (even though the bill is on her tray and excuse me it is not when not even complicated to differentiate a shandy from a Monaco) an interminable wait to be able to recommend a drink, we arrived at 7 p.m., from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. we just had a drink each, it was at 9:30 p.m. that we decided to return inside to eat, we were seated excellent well done good reaction, still waiting for our dishes to be ordered but it's not as if we didn't know what we wanted because it had been over an hour that we had asked for the card. We have to ask to take our order = we wait 20 minutes, there was a table of 13 taken before us, it's okay the dishes came out quite quickly. BUT IN WHAT STATE ??????? the photo shows it, even if I'm not annoying as I said (well done if you followed) there is a limit, there were five of us, we ordered: 3 traditional burgers -2 rare -1 without onions -1 well cooked 2 Mayenne burgers -2 rare A mayenne salad (Actually it's a hot/roasted Camembert with cold meats, fries and 2-3 leaves of lettuce) The waitress brings us our plates without knowing what she is bringing. There were the cooking times written on the picks but we had the impression that they were the same everywhere, (look at the attached photo to see that there was a well-done cooking on the buns) in fact there were one without onions did you pay attention above? Well it was served to us with onions in it. We asked for no onions because one of us has allergies (yes it exists). Listen to your customers! Are overtime hours for cooking not counted? Too much cleaning? disturbance ? Oddly, I had the impression that our plates were sent to us quickly. There was also the mayenne salad that was missing with our burgers which arrived a little later (10 minutes later) No dessert by the way, no commercial gesture either I admit I agree that we were well taken care of throughout the evening, but I would have liked a real apology. And a better answer than "yeah I know you work in restaurants and want a discount" No, what I really wanted was to not be charged €52 for a burnt burger that I ate almost cold because I waited for my wife's dish. It was his birthday, his day, and I would have liked to give him a better evening.
