12/04/2026: I went yesterday afternoon and met a wonderful employee; her colleague seemed to be just as enthusiastic. I got some really great information. I was eager to try the product she recommended, but unfortunately, it was out of stock due to its popularity. So she went out of her way to find it at other organic stores. She's going to have the birch oil delivered to the nearest one to my home. Thank you so much, Brigitte, I think.
11/04/2026: The store is well-stocked, but there's no logic to its organization. It's difficult to find certain products without asking where they are... if you can even find someone available to help.

They left halfway through the meal, leaving with an empty, cold galette. I got sick after eating... That's it!

26/03/2026: We booked a table for 5; the meal was very generous, expertly prepared, and included a lovely charcuterie board. The atmosphere is pleasant but can get noisy, especially with large tables.
26/03/2026: The meal was a mixed bag. The waitress was by far the friendliest. She didn't present the lunch menu or ask how the beef would be cooked. Unfortunately for them, the butter was three weeks past its expiration date. Overall, the meal was decent. The crêpes Suzette were also good.

13/04/2026: With our Wonderbox gift voucher, we received a warm welcome and excellent service. Beautiful white tablecloths and beautifully presented dishes. A complete lunch menu for €23. Delicious French toast.

26/03/2026: I came to the Vauban café to do a research project for my degree. I explained the situation, and the manager's response was far from kind.
Apparently, sitting in a café to describe a place for a research project isn't allowed unless you buy something.
I won't be back, and if you're looking for a friendly gesture, this isn't the place to find it.

21/12/2025: It's no longer the same quality and excellent meals it was a few years ago, unfortunately. A real disappointment, a real regret, since Alexandre Nagy is no longer at the helm of this restaurant, which he had transformed into a place with an incredible atmosphere and exceptional food.

Vraiment je recommande
05/09/2024: Repas en famille (7 personnes) en soirée en semaine. Bon accueil. Qualité correcte. Par contre, un peu radin sur le confort : installer trois adultes sur une petite table alors que le resto avait de la place... C'est limite.
