19/01/2026: We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant this weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely grounds. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The reception staff and the two ladies serving breakfast were extremely kind and attentive. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the Chef for the quality of the dishes, the new flavors, and this excellent culinary experience.

29/12/2025: There are countless restaurants in the world, and I've been fortunate enough to visit many of them personally, including numerous three-Michelin-starred establishments, particularly in Paris. Nevertheless, I must state unequivocally: this restaurant is among the very best I have ever experienced. We were traveling as a group and even had a baby with us. Despite this additional challenge, we were served with complete ease, attentiveness, and warmth. The service was not only professional but also genuinely human, something you don't always find even in top restaurants. The chef and his wife run this establishment with palpable passion and true dedication. You can tell in every detail that their heart and soul are at work here. These rare places still exist, where culinary excellence, hospitality, and atmosphere merge into a touch of magic. For me, Restaurant Arnsburg is precisely such a place and undoubtedly one of the highlights of my culinary travels.
