It was truly delightful in this beautiful spring.
The service was very pleasant, friendly, and respectful.
We opted for the à la carte menu despite the very promising set menu. From the cooking of the meats to the desserts, everything was perfect. Serving the wine by the carafe right before your eyes is a real mark of professionalism! We will definitely be back.

16/03/2026: Still as good as ever, as welcoming, and that steak tartare is still made to order!
Perhaps you could add chopped pickles and onions to the "traditional" tartare, and omit the mayonnaise?
But that's a matter of personal taste... See you soon!

10/03/2026: We occasionally visit prestigious restaurants, regardless of the number of stars, and this time, we were stunned by this place, which truly won us over! Cooking times are paramount for us, and while they vary from dish to dish, managing to elevate meat, fish, and scallops so perfectly in the same course is truly an art! A huge Bravo, Chef! You are beyond exceptional, and we would gladly travel hundreds of kilometers to enjoy your table again and follow the recommendations of your sommelier!
