12/05/2026: A great find! A very nice place, modern decor, but above all, excellent food, delicious homemade fries. It's admittedly a bit pricey, especially the desserts, but the quality is worth it. Special mention to the amazing white chocolate mousse!!

Could we have an up-to-date phone number? When I try to contact the restaurant, I'm redirected to a private number, a 06 number, and a very unpleasant and insulting person answers! This person on the phone was incredibly rude, impolite, aggressive, and contemptuous—it's shameful. I see that in 2026, respect and good manners have become a luxury, and apparently, not everyone possesses them. This is terrible publicity! A phone experience that makes me not want to visit your establishment.

The chef and the front of house clearly have a serious ego and humility problem.
To have the right to enjoy your meal, you must either be a regular or of a certain age, according to the chef. (See the misogyny: "You need to calm down" when I ask a question, and the ageism that comes out of nowhere without any comment from us justifying it: "I was in this kitchen before you were even born," as if fine dining is only appreciated after a certain age?)
Otherwise, you have to accept the disparaging comments from the front of house (about money, about the staff who work "for us") and be aware of the privilege of being able to dine in this place (one of the most expensive one-star restaurants in the region, despite its rather unremarkable location). This intolerable and disrespectful attitude is unworthy of a fine-dining restaurant, especially one with a Michelin star.
